The project involves the construction of 5 commercial and residential towers each comprising a basement level, a ground floor, 7 podium levels, and additional floors ranging from 28 to 42 floors. The 4 towers are proposed to be residential towers which will offer an average of 1200 apartments and the hotel tower will offer 400 rooms.
