Grand Marina Intercontinental Hotel, Sector W32 at Al Bateen

The project involves the construction of a five-star 15-storey water-front hotel apartment offering 130 rooms ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.. Located in the Al Bateen area of Abu Dhabi, this resort-style guest rooms will feature blue, teal, and green accessories and fabrics. In the lobby entrance, guests will be greeted by accents of ocean-inspired blue and green soft contemporary furnishings. The hotel’s all-day dining venue will incorporate elements from its surroundings, parts of which will resemble a beach, such as a floor tile pattern that recreates the look of ripples of sand. The hotel will feature: A Michelin star signature restaurant with a rooftop bar, A lounge and bar with a terrace and private dining rooms, A destination bar as well as a premium spa and pool, Public spaces will include a spa, prayer room, meeting rooms and a fitness facility.
