The project involves the phase 2 infrastructure and streetscape works in 8.9 million square meters of Riyadh City South undertaken by Modon Properties in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The works will include the construction of internal and external roads, lighting, potable water network, rainwater drainage systems, sewerage systems, fire-fighting systems, traffic control systems, irrigation networks, electricity grids, and Pubic Realm.
